What you need: Stop watch or timer, some space and yourself

Goal: Work the whole body with a simple circuit that is easy to change
Progressions: This is an amrap circuit (as many reps as you can). Record your reps and try to improve every time you do the workout
Regressions: If an exercise is too difficult or the impact is to high pick an exercise that works the same body part and use that
