What you need: Stop watch or timer, some space and yourself
Goal: Improve fitness and or strength in a time and rep controlled workout
Progressions: EMOM has specific time and rep variables. To progress add more rounds or add extra reps to the exercises
Regressions: Reduce the reps and build up or use an easier exercise
